NAACCR Webinar Series, "Cancer Registry & Surveillance!"
There will be 12 webinars in this series, and each will be three hours long. Each webinar will address cancer data collection for a specific cancer site and will include information on anatomy, multiple primary and histology coding rules, collaborative staging, and treatment data items as required by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer.
OCCR has purchased two sets of this series to be viewed in Oklahoma City and Tulsa area. OCCR is offering them free of charge to any cancer reporter. Each webinar is approved for 3 CE NCRA hours!!!
NCRA's Advanced Quality Abstracting Webinar Series!
NCRA's Advanced Education Committee, lead by Herman Menck, MBA, CTR, has developed a webinar series aimed at understanding and addressing complex coding issues to reduce discrepancies in collaborative and TN&M staging and multiple primary and histology coding. Each will last an estimated 90 minuets and will end with a live Q&A session. The objective is to provide a program that is focused on addressing complex issues that go well beyond the basics.
